A great view across the Georgia Strait , part of the Pacific Ocean , looking off the beaches of Parksville towards the mainland and the coastal mountain range of British Columbia. Whales are often seen migrating through these waters off our shores . "Killer whales" are the most common , but are often mistaken from the "white tailed dolphin" .
